This website presents communication, marketing, audiovisual production, teaching and editorial services. An enquiry or audit request does not by itself create a service contract or trigger a payment. Scope, timing, price and applicable taxes are agreed before contracting. Examples identified as demonstrations are not client testimonials or measured commercial results.
The studio concept, brand identity, creative direction of the web design and identified original contributions are credited to Leonardo Estrada Velázquez. Third-party assets, fonts, music, software libraries and other components retain their respective rights and licences. Statutory exceptions and applicable licences remain unaffected.

Data and purposes:
- Downloadable guide: name, email, selected content type and marketing-consent records, used to process the request and deliver the guide. Basis: fulfilling the person's request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- Enquiries and audits: name, email, selected service, video link, objective and management records, used to respond, assess the project and take steps before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
- Marketing: only when the optional checkbox is selected; basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a)). Advertising consent is not required for the guide. An audit request does not subscribe you to marketing.
- Security and operation: technical providers may process IP addresses and connection information to deliver and protect the service; basis: legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Contracted services: data needed to perform the service and meet billing or legal obligations (Articles 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c)). Submitting the forms does not trigger a payment.
Required fields are needed to handle each form. Do not include sensitive personal information or third-party material you are not entitled to share. We do not use these forms for automated profiling decisions with legal effects.
Providers: Cloudflare hosts the website and D1 database; Brevo sends emails; Gmail receives notifications and enquiries. Google Fonts supplies web fonts and receives technical connection data. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their published terms describe applicable transfer mechanisms, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. You can ask the controller for information about recipients and safeguards applicable to your data. Stripe will be covered if contracting and payments through that provider are enabled.
Retention: for handling the request or performing the contract, followed only by periods needed for legal obligations or possible liabilities. Marketing data is retained until consent is withdrawn, with only necessary evidence of consent or withdrawal retained afterwards.
Rights: request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and, where applicable, portability by emailing the controller. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. To stop marketing, email with the subject “Unsubscribe”; this does not affect requested delivery or necessary service messages. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency: https://www.aepd.es.
